If you want some serious training, check out Excellence In Fitness. This is not your gym with muscle Mike showing off his biceps, or millennial Melissa telling you to run on the treadmill while she checks her Instagram stream. This is serious, hard-core, results driven one-on-one personal training where you are the only focus of the trainer and the trainer is focused on your results.
In addition, every client is treated with respect and professionalism and safety is always top priority. The trainers have immense knowledge in sports nutrition, proper form and technique, and there is even a Excellence In Recovery session that you can take to learn and practice proper stretching after your workouts.
