 Cancellation and Booking Policies

• Excellence In Fitness enforces a 12-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. To cancel your appointment, you must notify EIF by calling the studio directly 410.266.6688 x2 or texting the studio 410.705.2650.  

• Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time will be charged the full rate for your appointment.  

• Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours in advance.
