AJ - Team Lead
AJ grew up in Lansdale, PA where he was involved in athletics his whole childhood. He attended North Penn High School, playing football and basketball throughout his time there. AJ recently moved to Baltimore and enjoys spending much of his free time on the golf course.
His competitive nature and love for sports led him to Lebanon Valley College where he competed for four years on the Men’s basketball team and graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. On the court, AJ earned defensive player of the year, two out of the four years. Off the court, he was involved with the LVC football team by assisting their offensive coaching staff.
His education and experiences throughout college sparked his passion for resistance training and personal coaching. He is excited to bring his competitive nature and enthusiastic personality to the team at EIF.
