Privacy/Confidentiality Policy

We do not share or sell your personal information such as email, phone # or mailing address. We respect your privacy and will personally ask permission to use testimonials, quotes or pictures prior to publishing any marketing or advertising. We send system-generated auto email/text message notifications for single appointment bookings and modifications to single appointments. However, we do not have the ability to respond/reply to text messages or send personal text messages. All EIF employees are strictly instructed not to provide clientele with any personal information such as mobile phone #s and personal email addresses. Please do not attempt to contact or request any personal info from EIF employees.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions are arranged on a scheduled appointment basis.  Excellence In Fitness enforces a 12-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. In order to cancel your appointment, you must notify EIF in person or call the studio directly and leave a message. This will allow us to document a “time stamp” on your phone call. Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time will be charged the full rate for your appointment. 2 acceptable ways of canceling are: 1.) Cancel in person 2.) Call your studio directly

Emails, text messages and/or phone calls directly to your personal trainer’s cell phone will NOT be accepted and will be considered a “late cancel.”

Explanation of Cancelations

Early Cancel – If you cancel your appointment BEFORE the 12-hour window, you will NOT be charged for your appointment time.

Late Cancel Fee* – A “Late Cancel” means that you have canceled your appointment less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time and you will be charged for your appointment.

*Please note that you will see “Late Cancel” next to your reservation, noting that you will be charged for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late or no-show for a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a “late cancel.”

*Re-scheduled appointments with less than 12 hours’ notice MUST be re-scheduled for the same day and is entirely dependent on EIF availability. If there is no availability, you will be charged for your appointment.

Billing Policy

Payment must be made no later than first workout of program.  2 options are available for payment: 1.) Pay in full for entire length of term denoted on Agreement or 2.) Finance payment after initial down payment amount with direct draft (from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Checking or Savings) on the 1st or 15th of every month for rest of term denoted on Agreement.

Length of Sessions and Appointment Times

Each training session is based on a 25-minute workout scheduled in 30-minute blocks.  To get the most out of our efforts, please be ready to exercise at the appointed time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged.  3 consecutive “no-shows” with no phone call will result in the removal of any recurring appointments.

Recurring Appointment Schedule/Frequency

Consistency guarantees results! All clients are required to establish and maintain a recurring appointment schedule completing a minimum of 2 weekly workouts or no less than 8 monthly workouts. EIF is exclusively an appointment-based business, therefore, all clients must attend a minimum of 80% of their recurring reserved appointment times. Recurring appointment schedules reserves a specific time and NOT a specific trainer. We will make every effort to keep you with your appointed trainer for that particular day, however, Excellence In Fitness reserves the right to change your trainer and/or remove your recurring appointment times if attendance falls below 80% for any given day/time.

Expiration of Sessions

Please note that Agreements/Programs/Packages are all date-sensitive.  Client is responsible for scheduling any make-up sessions within length of term with a 1-week “grace period” (for every 25 sessions) to make up any workouts.  All unused sessions will be forfeited past “expiration date” & “grace period” of program and client is responsible to pay any remaining balance on his/her account.

Release of results upon program completion

Client photos and testimonials are requested upon initial program completion.

Use of Nutritional Supplements

To guarantee safety, we request that all clients do not use any potentially dangerous stimulants like “diet” or “fat-burning” pills of any kind.

All clients shall be mentally focused and give 100 percent effort at every training session.  Please do not use cell phones in the studio. Please do not bring valuables into the studio; we suggest locking them in your vehicle. Please refrain from chewing gum, wearing sandals, work boots, bare feet or wearing headphones. Pets are not allowed in the studio at any time. Non-members are not permitted to accompany clients during workouts due to safety and distraction reasons.
