 WHY CHOOSE 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING?

Compared to the traditional gym experience and group fitness, there are a number of benefits to choosing 1-on-1 training. The main reason why most gym-goers don’t choose 1-on-1 training is the cost. Group fitness and normal gym memberships will be cheaper, but the extra cost of 1-on-1 sessions is worth it!

With a traditional gym membership, you may have to wait for the machines that you want to use and may not know how to use certain equipment. Gyms can get busy at certain times of the day, and you may not get your workout done.

By focusing on which activities make the most impact, you’re able to schedule fewer, shorter sessions while still making progress.
