1. Goal Setting Discussion
Meet with one of our Professional Fitness Coaches to review:
- Your current fitness level and exercise history
- Your current goals and why they’re important to you
- Your complete health & medical history
- Our unique Body of Excellence holistic approach and philosophy
2. Workout Demo
We will demonstrate, discuss and have you perform 2-3 basic movements utilizing our Body of Excellence Resistance Training Protocol on our state of the art equipment. This will allow you to experience our hands-on approach and will also give us a better idea of your current fitness level.
3. Program Review
We will review the Body of Excellence packages we offer and will make a recommendation that we believe is best suited for you. Finally, we will establish a recurring appointment schedule based on your workout frequency and program length.
